Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking interns to gain exposure to audit and tax engagements in our Springfield, MO office. Interns may work in assurance, tax, or a combination, with possible part-time or full-time schedules during winter or summer sessions.

You will contribute by performing audit testing, reconciling accounts, drafting comments, and joining meetings with senior staff and clients while learning from experienced professionals and management.

Responsibilities

• Completing audit testing on financial statement accounts such as cash, accounts payable, or fixed assets
• Working with client personnel to reconcile account differences and analyze financial data
• Drafting management letter comments and the audit report
• Participating in client meetings with partners and managers
