Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization; we seek an accounting professional to support monthly reconciliations, vendor audits, and reporting. The role emphasizes data analysis, ERP/tool proficiency, and collaboration with leadership to improve financial processes.

Applicants should have 2–4 years of accounting experience, a related degree or equivalent experience, and strong MS Office skills; knowledge of remarketing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years’ experience in accounting; experience in remarketing is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
• Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile inventory & holding accounts on a monthly basis.
• Manage VR on account cash on a monthly basis.
• Complete quarterly vendor audits.
• Reconcile monthly PIE reporting.
• Produce monthly revenue and operational performance reports for department leadership.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
