Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cattle payable clerks in processing payments for cattle, trucking, and commissions.
• Collaborate with procurement, barn, and kill floor teams to ensure proper payments.
• Interact with vendors and respond to questions and information requests.
• Assist staff with problem solving and recording cattle transactions.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and provide P&L and balance sheet analysis.
