LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a stable manufacturing organization to hire an Accounting Supervisor who will lead the financial reporting function and oversee two direct reports in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on month-end processes, close activities, and ongoing improvement within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on GL experience in manufacturing, strong month-end close skills, and a track record of supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on month-end close experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred.
• ERP system experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Public company experience preferred.

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a stable and growing manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting Supervisor. This position will lead the financial reporting function, oversee two direct reports, and play a key role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities within a fast-paced accounting environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys GL accounting, learning the ropes of supervision/management, financial reporting, and working in a collaborative team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong month-end close experience from a manufacturing environment.

Current Senior Accountants even without supervisory experience are encouraged to apply!
