Job summary

ITAC Solutions is partnering with a growing wholesale distributor to identify an accounting professional ready to advance into senior leadership. You’ll oversee AR, AP, and GL functions, contribute to tax filings, and take on month-end close duties as you learn the business end-to-end.

You’ll engage in a gradual leadership path, mentoring staff, and collaborating with finance leadership to support borrowing base calculations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of senior-level accounting experience.
• Wholesale distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or public accounting background is a plus.
• Strong operational accounting foundation experience (AP, AR, GL).

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coaching a staff accountant on AR (cash receipts, lockbox, ACH application, collections)
• Learning the AP workflow and playing a key role in an upcoming AP automation rollout
• Owning multi-state sales tax filing and business license compliance
• Preparing monthly/quarterly borrowing base calculations for the company’s credit facility
• Taking on GL responsibilities over time — reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end close
• Assisting with the annual financial audit and tax package

Compensation

• $90,000–$100,000+ (open based on experience)
