Job summary

The LHH team in the Sheboygan area is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee internal and external financial reporting and lead inventory and cost analysis. This role offers a 50/50 hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site leadership with remote flexibility for focused work.

You will manage balance sheet reconciliations, tooling amortization tracking, and development of management reports, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Inventory experience required.
• Problem-solving/process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate internal and external financial reports published on a timely basis.
• Maintain records of tooling amortization, balances billed and to be billed, and remaining balance in inventory.
• Prepare, analyze and distribute management reports.
• Lead annual physical inventory process and ensure accurate inventory reporting.

Accounting Supervisor Position Located in Sheboygan Area

We are assisting a growing international manufacturing company in the Sheboygan area that is looking for a new Accounting Supervisor to join the team. A huge perk is this role can work a 50/50 remote schedule!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate internal and external financial reports published on a timely basis
• Keeping accurate records of tooling amortization, both the balances billed and to be billed as well as the balance remaining in our inventory
• Preparing, analyzing and distributes management reports
• Accurate inventory reporting and leadership role in the annual physical inventory process
• Balance sheet reconciliations of various accounts
• Provide skilled cost accounting and margin analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ of accounting experience in a manufacturing experience
• Inventory experience required
• Problem-solving/process improvement mindset
