Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead and mentor our growing team of professionals. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader with the strength of Tenacity—the drive to push projects through to completion—and the Discernment to assess details, evaluate complex options, and uphold our high standards. You take full ownership of your team’s output, ensuring that management initiatives are implemented with a united front and a positive, collaborative attitude. If you are a QBO expert who thrives on coaching others, solving client escalations with grace, and ensuring compliance, we want to hear from you.

Your focus is on empowering talent through consistent, constructive coaching, professional development, and dedicated performance management—ensuring that every team member is fully aligned with our firm’s values and goals.
  • Drive Operational & Quality Standards: Serve as the final line of defense for quality. You will oversee the delivery of complex reconciliations and month-end processes, ensuring that our output is accurate, timely, and reflective of the standards clients expect.
  • Act as the Strategic Bridge: Foster a cohesive, unified culture by aligning your team’s efforts with management’s vision. You’ll champion firm-wide procedures and initiatives, ensuring that your team feels supported and informed, and that they represent the company with a united, positive front.
  • Elevate the Client Experience: Take ownership of client success, particularly in high-stakes situations. You will act as a trusted advisor, resolving escalations with grace and expert judgment, and working collaboratively with clients to ensure we are not just solving problems, but building lasting partnerships.
  • Provide Direct Client Advisory Services: while actively coaching and developing your team to deliver high-value advisory support to their own clients.
  • Drive Innovation & Scalability: We aren't just following processes—we’re improving them. You will have input on our internal workflows and systems (using our tech stack like Xenett and Financial Cents) to identify inefficiencies, scale our operations, and help the firm grow faster and smarter.
