Barnes Dennig Internal Financial Services is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. You will support the Internal Finance Team with daily accounting tasks and monthly close processes, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include generating reports, maintaining ledgers and reconciling accounts, while collaborating across departments. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with internal financial information and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Excel and online banking software.
• Strong client, coworker and leadership communication and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Generate financial reports and maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, invoices and receipts.
• Monitor bank accounts and credit card transactions; assist in monthly reconciliation and month-end reports.
• Collaborate with Internal Finance Team to ensure timely, accurate financial information.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
