Qualifications

• High School diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with internal financial information and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Excel and online banking software.
• Strong client, coworker and leadership communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Generate financial reports and maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, invoices and receipts.
• Monitor bank accounts and credit card transactions; assist in monthly reconciliation and month-end reports.
• Collaborate with Internal Finance Team to ensure timely, accurate financial information.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
