Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA seeks an Accounting Specialist I in Kennesaw, GA to manage vendor maintenance, payment setup verification, corporate card administration, expense reimbursements and tax reporting. You will help ensure accurate financial records and adherence to internal controls and policies.

The role supports month-end processes and requires 2+ years of accounting experience, a GED/high school diploma, and a degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• GED or high school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or combination of experience and education.
• SAP knowledge/experience highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Maintenance, Banking ACH verification.
• Familiar with ACH payment processing, corporate card administration, Egencia Travel and ExpenseWire.
• Knowledge of vendor tax documentation and annual 1099 reporting requirements.
