Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Business with accounting emphasis.
• Strong work ethic with integrity, time management, accountability, efficiency, teamwork.
• Ability to analyze and perform complex calculations.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and reconciling processes.
• Detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a business record of financial transactions.
• Prepare relevant accounting reports of financial activities as assigned.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded as per guidelines.
• Follow procedures relating to internal accounting for financial security.
• Review, research, reconcile, and assure accuracy of schedules, ledgers, and accounts.
