Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
2+ years of accounting experience (2–5 years preferred).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Process and analyze financial transactions to support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including reconciliations and financial statement notes.
Audit customer invoices daily and audit the sales transactions; post daily cash receipts.
Monitor and record the daily posting and clearing of payment disbursements.
Manage sales tax registrations across applicable jurisdictions and file returns.
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives; provide backup support to other accounting functions.
Supports the annual audit as needed.
