Atlanta Women's Healthcare Specialists is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our finance team in Atlanta, GA. The role supports day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, payroll accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and retirement plan administration, while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum of two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Process vendor invoices and prepare payment runs.
• Review and reconcile invoices, credit card statements, and supporting docs for accuracy and approvals.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, GL entries, and reconciliations.
• Post payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Coordinate annual 401(k) education meetings and retirement plan administration.
• Assist with onboarding for new physician partners and compensation setup.
• Support year-end accounting activities and compliance documentation.
