Zusammenfassung

Amcor is seeking a Controller at Erie Tool Shop to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and month-end close activities. The role ensures accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with JD Edwards or QuickBooks. This position reports to the Controller and is based in Erie, PA with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in accounting, AP/AR, invoicing or financial operations.
• Experience with account reconciliations, month-end close and financial transactions.
• Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Process and maintain AP/AR transactions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate, review and distribute customer invoices; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer, vendor and GL accounts for accuracy.
• Assist with month-end close including journal entries and documentation.
• Monitor aging reports; support internal and external audit requests.
• Support data analysis to identify discrepancies and opportunities.
