Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with corporate ERP software and Fixed Asset System.
• Strong attention to detail with deadline-driven approach and data integrity.
• Team-oriented with interpersonal skills and willingness to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) processing and vendor payments.
• Analyze Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging and ledger data.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit memos.
• Support month-end and year-end closings.
• Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation in the Fixed Asset System.
• Assist with general ledger entries and ERP updates.
• Generate ad-hoc financial reports for leadership.
• Support cost accounting, variance analysis and inventory control.
• Participate in audits and inventory cycle counts.
