Undisclosed is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. The role ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards to support timely financial reporting.

You will handle high-volume invoicing, vendor relationships, month/quarter/year-end closings, budgeting support, and audits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and attention to detail
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners

Responsabilités

Job Summary:
