Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably public Accounting firms.
• Communicate effectively to AISIN Management Members.
• Understand the concept of consolidation Accounting.
• Ability to understand standard Accounting systems.
• Ability to research tax related topics.
• Proficiency in MS office.
• Excellent written and oral language skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable research and support.
• Daily cash & monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Month end & quarter end close activities, journal entry posting.
• General ledger posting and account reconciliation.
• Inter-company reconciliations, analysis and confirmations.
• Assist with quarterly review and year-end financial audit.
• Travel and entertainment expense report management and auditing.
• Internal and external reporting, insurance & tax support.

Responsibilities include various activities in the areas of Accounting and Finance.
