Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Buyer Expeditor in Orlando, FL for a 11-month contract to support procurement across multiple gas turbine projects. You will manage PO execution, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and drive on-time material delivery.

The role focuses on supplier management, issue resolution, and maintaining procurement documentation in a fast-paced, global environment. Ager experience in SAP procurement is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP transactional processes.
• 3+ years of experience in direct procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement work queues and issue purchase orders within timelines.
• Coordinate with internal customers, project teams, suppliers and planning to ensure timely material availability.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve invoicing, payment, and delivery issues.
• Monitor PO progress, supplier performance, and ensure compliance with quality, transport and customs requirements.
• Support process improvements and provide progress reports while adhering to procurement policies.

Job Requirements
