Job summary

PIPESTONE is hiring an Accounting Specialist to support financial operations across our organization. You will handle AP/AR, reconciliations, and order processing, while contributing to month-end close and financial reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Process sales orders and purchase orders.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting support.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
