Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Working knowledge of accounting principles and month-end close processes
Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, or monthly financial reports preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist that supports accounting operations and financial reporting activities by analysis, reconciliations, month-end close support, and maintenance of accurate financial records. This role serves as a key contributor to the accuracy and efficiency of the accounting function.

Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and recommend solutions
Experience with ERP or accounting systems
