Job summary

Remedy Staffing is hiring a Senior Accounting Specialist with a 3PL warehouse on the Northside of Jacksonville. We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, AR/AP, reconciliations, and cash monitoring.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and 4–7 years of accounting experience, with strong Excel and software skills.

• Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• CargoWise One or Magaya experience is a plus.

Pay: $24-$36/hr depending on experience

Requirements:
