ManpowerGroup seeks a Senior Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations, month-end close, and cash monitoring. The role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration to ensure reliable financial reporting.

The candidate will guide AR and AP activities, maintain internal controls, and assist with month-end procedures in CargoWise One, contributing to audit readiness and compliance. A 8-hour shift, Mon-Fri, with 7am–6pm flexibility, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience preferred, with strong experience supporting financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

Our client, a logistics and transportation-focused organization, is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will be part of the accounting function supporting day-to-day operations, month-end close, compliance readiness, and cash monitoring. If you’re a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys accuracy, process improvement, and partnering across teams, this role is built for you. You’ll coordinate and guide Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities while helping ensure strong internal controls and reliable financial reporting.

Pay Range: 24-36 DOE

Shift: 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am-6pm M-F
