Job summary

St. Norbert College seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting Services department and report to the Financial Controller. The role oversees month-end and year-end closings, audits, tax reporting, and fixed assets, while guiding endowment and investment accounting and the college’s budgets and forecasts.

Supervises staff and collaborates with cross-functional teams on financial reporting. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Licensed CPA preferred.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• 10+ years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to Accounting Services staff.
• Manages monthly and year-end closings and reconciliations.
• Supports external audits and tax reporting.
• Oversees fixed assets accounting and capital projects tracking.
• Assists with budget and forecast development.
