Venteon is seeking an Analyst in Accounting & Reporting in the Metro Detroit area. The role focuses on monthly and quarterly accounting for stock-based compensation, lease accounting, and equity investments, with involvement in quarter-end reporting and external disclosures.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years in accounting (public accounting preferred), and CPA or progress toward it.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• CPA or working toward it is a plus.
• SEC Reporting experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accounting for stock-based compensation, earnings per share, lease accounting, and equity investments, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support quarter-end reporting deliverables and disclosures.
• Assist in the consolidations process as needed.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and participate in various projects.
