Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Our client, a publicly traded company in the Metro Detroit area, is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting for acquisitions, including purchase price allocations, opening balance sheets, goodwill assessments, and coordination with external valuation experts.
• Partner with reporting teams on acquisition-related disclosures and serve as a key contact for external auditors, providing documentation and addressing inquiries.
• Work with Legal, Tax, Treasury, and other teams on acquisition activities, post-acquisition adjustments, and special projects involving M&A or other technical accounting matters.
