Accounting/Receiving Specialist (Multi-Location)

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly store payroll and write schedules for associates
• Manage office supplies, deposits, and inventory including lottery tickets, stamps, and change
• Oversee cash office operations, including register audits, bank deposits, and security procedures
• Receive, verify, and record product deliveries and returns
• Reconcile vendor invoices and assist guests with inquiries
• Maintain accurate data in WFM, manage associate attendance, and generate reports
• Hire, train, evaluate, and lead accounting/receiving staff
• Contribute to operational effectiveness and uphold company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 2 years of office experience
• Certification for Hi Lo/Powered Pallet Jack preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and computer skills
