Job summary

CFS in Orlando is seeking an Accounting Processor to join a centralized corporate accounting team supporting restaurant operations, remodels, and expansion initiatives.

You will work on fixed asset activity, capitalization, depreciation, and project accounting, coordinating with Accounting, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires 1+ years in accounting and an Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting; strong Excel and ERP knowledge (Oracle or similar) are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and ERP systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and record fixed asset activity related to existing restaurant locations, remodels, and capital improvement projects as the Accounting Processor.
• Apply capitalization policies by reviewing invoices, construction documents, and project expenditures as the Accounting Processor.
• Process asset retirements, maintain fixed asset records, and ensure accurate accounting treatment as the Accounting Processor.
• Review repair and maintenance expenses to identify capitalization opportunities and support monthly financial reporting as the Accounting Processor.
• Prepare depreciation accruals, journal entries, supporting schedules, and documentation while assisting with special projects as the Accounting Processor.
