  • 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or transactional accounting experience.

  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities as the Accounting Specialist.
  • Process cash receipts, journal entries, and support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as the Accounting Specialist.
  • Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing, payroll review, and workers' compensation reporting as the Accounting Specialist.
  • Import and reconcile POS system data to ensure accurate financial reporting as the Accounting Specialist.
  • Support month-end close processes and participate in a structured training program that expands responsibilities over time as the Accounting Specialist.
