CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing, financially stable organization in a high-visibility role supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, and business performance.

You'll work closely with leadership, strengthen accounting processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, report accurate results, and support continued growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Record journal entries and perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze accounting results to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor revenue activity and support accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash reconciliation activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audit requests, and special accounting projects.
• Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting workflows and internal controls.
