Child Care Action Council (CCAC) is hiring for a bookkeeping and payroll support role to ensure accurate payroll processing, accounts payable entries, and financial administration. The position involves office support, travel arrangements, and collaboration with leadership.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Paylocity.
This position supports the overall mission and vision of the Child Care Action Council (CCAC). Primary duties include processing semi-monthly payroll and entering accounts payable and other accounting transactions into the accounting records. This position also provides office administration and support functions for the organization.

This position is typically assigned a workstation in an office environment without expectation of privacy and is subject to moderate noise levels.
Occasional use of personal vehicle for travel may be required. All required and approved business mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with CCAC policies.
Minimum requirements include three years of relevant experience; in bookkeeping and/or payroll processing.
Although position requires 3 years of relevant experience we will consider relevant college degree/courses in lieu of up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
