Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in accounting operations/finance operations with ability to operate independently.
• Proven ability to own and manage end-to-end processes or projects.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong communication and ability to influence operational practices.

Responsabilités

• Work independently with minimal supervision by taking ownership of tasks, priorities, and deliverables; set clear goals and execute a plan to achieve them.
• Own entire projects or processes within the job area, including developing plans, setting milestones, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely, successful outcomes.
