Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in accounting operations/finance operations or similar transaction-processing environment.
• Ability to own and manage end-to-end processes or projects (planning, milestones, monitoring, delivery).
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnering skills.
• Ability to influence operational-level practices and drive adoption of improved procedures.
