You will support supplier onboarding, invoice processing, stakeholder communications, and general accounting operations, with potential to handle more sensitive tasks related to payments and banking files.

Insight Global is seeking an Accounting/Operations Coordinator for a top financial services client. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate or recent graduate with a foundational accounting background who is bright, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. The candidate will support supplier onboarding, invoice processing, stakeholder communications, and general accounting operations, with the opportunity to take on increasingly sensitive responsibilities related to payment preparation and banking files. The role may also provide exposure to ad hoc projects and software implementations. Prior AP or professional accounting experience is not required, but candidates should understand basic accounting concepts, including debits and credits, and be comfortable with Excel and learning new systems such as Workday. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity, with conversion based on individual performance
