Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in RIA/wealth management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of advisory fee accounting and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and reporting for advisory fee revenue across custodial platforms.
• Reconcile revenue to cash and recognize monthly revenue accurately.
• Analyze advisory revenue trends and operational metrics.
• Support new advisory programs and platform implementations.
• Maintain accounting policies for advisory operations.
• Develop scalable accounting procedures and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and internal controls.
