Job summary

The role supports Regional Accounting, AP, and AR teams and may involve monthly reports, financial analysis, and compliance tasks. Strong Excel and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of office accounting (AR/AP) experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills, detail oriented, able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and submit to Corporate AP.
• Reconcile and retain employee credit card transactions and documentation.
• Gather information for new vendor set-ups and credit requests.
• Enter data into accounting systems to track materials, services, or goods.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with vendors to resolve.
• Create purchase orders and code to GL accounts as needed.
• Review AR aging and initiate collection efforts when required.
• Maintain AR/Cust files and deliver invoices timely.
• Assist with month-end closing and cash receipts processing.
• Support office supplies purchasing and front office duties.
• Perform general clerical tasks and other duties as assigned.
