Job summary

Finfrock, based in Orlando, seeks an Accounting Operations Associate to support the accounting department with accounts payable tasks and recording credit card transactions. You will work under GAAP and assist with month-end activities, while collaborating with the AP Lead and Senior Accountant.

You should have a solid foundation in accounting, be detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers professional growth and teamwork emphasis.

Qualifications

• General accounting knowledge and GAAP understanding.
• Bachelor's or AA degree in Accounting is required.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, enter, and post invoices for payment for multiple companies.
• Organize backup for recording invoices and weekly check runs.
• Reconcile open voucher reports for several companies.
• Record credit card transactions using a credit card expense management app.
• Reconcile monthly credit card accounts.
• Assist AP Lead and Senior Accountant with month-end tasks.
• Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Process expense/mileage reports.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Assist in processing 1099s.
