Evamor Products LLC is seeking an entry-level Accounting Operations Analyst to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, deductions management, budgeting, product costing, analysis and general accounting.

You will perform journal entries, reconcile balances, address AR issues and vendor inquiries, assist budgeting, and support audits. Collaboration across departments and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required.
• 1-5 years of accounting experience.
• Cost accounting and inventory management preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• MS Dynamics 365 knowledge is a plus.
• Excel skills with functions, pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Perform journal entries and close-related tasks and analysis.
• Reconcile account balances.
• Address AR issues, outstanding balances and terms of payment.
• Resolve customer deductions with documentation for collections or expense accounts.
• Process vendor invoices and address AP issues and terms of payment.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Support audits with schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
