Job summary

Evamor Products, LLC is seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and product costing. The role involves journal entries, reconciliations, and research on deductions while collaborating with multiple departments.

The candidate will assist with budgeting and forecasting, audits, and cash flow analysis, and will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• BS degree required in accounting, finance, or business.
• 1–5 years accounting experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel, pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and close-related tasks; support reconciliations.
• Research AR issues, collections, and customer deductions; assist with budgeting.

# Accounting Operations AnalystHot JobEvamor Covington Office - Covington, LA 70433## Description**Job Summary:** The Accounting Operations Analyst is an entry-level role which will support multiple segments of the accounting department, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deductions Management, Budgeting, Product Costing, Analysis and General Accounting.**Responsibilities:*** Perform journal entries and other close-related tasks and analysis* Reconcile account balances* Research and address accounts receivable issues, outstanding balances and terms of payment* Resolve customer deductions by researching causation (including working in customer portals), providing documentation for collections or applying to appropriate expense accounts* Process vendor invoices, contact vendors to address accounts payable issues, outstanding balances and terms of payment* Assist with budgeting and forecasting* Support various internal and external audits by preparing supporting schedules* Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and teams with dependencies on accounting processes* Proficiently navigate company systems* Other duties as assigned## Qualifications* B.S.
