Clune Construction is seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst to support the monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting across general ledger, A/P, A/R, and fixed assets. Ideal candidates have a foundational GAAP background, 1–2 years of corporate accounting experience (construction preferred), and strong Excel/ERP skills.

The Accounting Operations Analyst is responsible for executing core accounting activities that support the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly close and financial reporting processes. This role prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, and maintains financial records across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets. The Corporate Operations Analyst ensures adherence to established accounting policies and internal controls while supporting audit, compliance, and reporting requirements. This role partners with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality and process efficiency.
