The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) is currently recruiting for an Accounting Officer (Specialist) to join our Accounting Departments Travel Unit. This position is under the general supervision of the Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor), the Accounting Officer (Specialist) is responsible for independently performing professional accounting duties, auditing and processing reimbursement claims for travel and relocation expenses through the use of the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal), and California Automated Travel Expense and Reimbursement System – Global (CalATERS).
