Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral health technology, is seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting team. The role handles full-cycle accounts payable, Sage Intacct coding, and month-end processes with strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of AP experience, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance preferred, and advanced Excel skills. This remote-first position offers flexibility and nationwide opportunities from Utah and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for the procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
