The role suits students majoring in Accounting with an MIS minor or MIS with an Accounting minor, with a 3.0+ GPA and strong Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power Query, Python, or VBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in MIS, or a major in MIS with a minor in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Experience with SQL, Power Query, Python, or VBA; exposure to an ERP system preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Systems & Data Support: Extract, clean, and validate financial data from accounting and ERP systems; maintain master data and assist with tests and controls.
• Reporting & Automation: Build dashboards and reports in Excel and BI tools; automate data workflows and assist with month-end close data pulls.
• Collaboration & Development: Work with staff across accounting and technology; balance multiple tasks and participate in process improvement projects.
