Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA required; JD or Enrolled Agent may be accepted in lieu of CPA.
• Six years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Consult on accounting methods changes including revenue & expense recognition and cost recovery.
• Articulate complex information clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Research accounting methods tax issues and expand knowledge base.
• Lead client interviews, data review, calculations, and filings support.
• Draft responses to IRS inquiries and prepare technical memoranda.
• Collaborate with managers, directors, and partners across the Firm.
• Mentor staff and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate integrity, urgency, and results orientation.
