Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an Accounting Manager in Cumming, GA to lead the monthly close across multiple entities. You will mentor staff, review reconciliations, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing services organization.

The role focuses on scalable infrastructure, internal controls, and collaboration with leadership on reporting and automation. Strong multi-entity experience and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong operational accounting and month-end close experience.
• Multi-entity and/or multi-site accounting experience required.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Public accounting experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting deliverables.
• Support acquisition integrations and accounting process standardization.

• Support location-level financial reporting and allocation methodologies.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

The organization has completed multiple acquisitions and continues to scale aggressively, creating a need for strong operational accounting leadership and scalable financial infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• -Help lead and manage the monthly close process across multiple entities and locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• -$120,000 base salary.


• -Estimated 10–15% incentive opportunity, with total compensation up to approximately $145,000.
