The position emphasizes improving close processes, optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, strengthening controls, and building a scalable accounting engine in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• CPA license in good standing; strong GAAP knowledge.
• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership.
• Experience owning the close process, GL, AP, and AR.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and reporting process with accuracy and discipline.
• Identify process improvements and system opportunities.
• Turn complex accounting and ERP processes into practical, scalable solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping the core accounting function running smoothly.
• Work independently without needing constant direction.
