StevenDouglas is partnering with a software company in their search for an Accounting Manager - Sales Compensation on an interim basis for 2-3 months. This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, roll forwards, and capitalize sales compensation.
2. Analyze commission statements and calculations for the sales teams.
3. Provide management oversight of a team.
4. Proactively review bookings in Salesforce to ensure correct data flow.
5. Identify process improvement areas and assist with documentation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of accounting experience.
3. Experience with commissions and compensation analysis.
4. Strong preference for Netsuite and Salesforce experience.
