You will drive automation and process improvements across cross-functional teams, including FinTech and Tax, while owning SOX controls and ensuring audit readiness for global accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 6+ years of operational accounting experience in a public accounting firm or multinational corporation.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, public company audit requirements, and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team to complete the month-end close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting issues across cross-functional partners.
• Lead process improvement and automation projects with FinTech to enhance financial systems.
• Own the internal control environment by maintaining SOX controls and audit readiness.
