Job summary

WeTravel in Austin, TX is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing team as part of our global finance function. The role combines remote work with in-person meetings, and you will engage with stakeholders across the US and Europe to ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.

You will lead transaction processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborate with Product/Engineering on revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive accounting experience including 2+ years with a large US public accounting firm
• Active CPA license and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in NetSuite, Ramp, Excel and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Own transaction and revenue ledger; collaborate with Product and Engineering on revenue impact
• Prepare advanced balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist Controller on global tax compliance, including transfer pricing
• Support Controller on financial reporting and financial statement prep
• Own ad hoc reporting, including support for statutory foreign audits or M&A activity
