Qualifications

• Two+ years of accounting management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply technical accounting requirements.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements short- and long-term goals for the accounting department.
• Analyzes financial condition and operating performance from data.
• Partners with business units to provide financial insights and improve processes.
• Hires, supervises, trains, coaches, and develops accounting staff.
• Sets schedules, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Provides guidance and resolves conflicts to support a strong team.
• Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversees annual audits and regulatory reviews.
• Monitors regulatory requirements and ensures compliance with reporting standards.
• Coordinates and manages the financial planning process.
• Evaluates internal controls and communicates deficiencies.
• Identifies opportunities to improve procedures and efficiency.
• Analyzes complex problems and recommends cost-benefit-based solutions.
• Collaborates with Controller on highly complex issues.
• Maintains customer-experience standards in interactions.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
