Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company, a national leading residential property manager, seeks an Accounting Manager in the Duluth area. You will oversee daily accounting operations, supervise staff, and review financial reporting for a portfolio of assets.

You’ll coordinate monthly/annual processes and support audits to ensure accurate, timely results. The role emphasizes leadership, rigorous attention to detail, and collaboration with the Property Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience preferred (or 6+ years without BA/BS).
• Experience leading accounting teams and preparing financial packages.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; real estate accounting systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and training of staff.
• Review financial reporting for multiple assets and loans.
• Coordinate monthly and annual financial packages and audits.
• Respond promptly to client requests and ensure timely payments.
