Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Accountant in Duluth, GA. You will prepare financial statements, manage journal entries, and maintain ledgers to support property management operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (CPA preferred) and 3+ years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel and Yardi is expected, with strong organizational and communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; four+ years of related experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of three years of related experience; CPA is a plus.
• Excellent ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various business documents.
• Ability to respond verbally or in writing to complex inquiries or complaints and present information to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all aspects of the financial statement package, including journal entries and general ledger review.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial packages to regional managers and clients.
• Monitor and maintain cash balances and reconcile bank statements.
• Handle client audit requests and assist in property setup and transitions.
• Adhere to internal accounting policies and complete balance sheet support schedules.
• Complete inter-project accounts reconcilations bi-weekly and resolve open issues.
